3. Account Registration and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password or API keys to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Usage and Integration

Our API and integration services are provided for the purpose of connecting financial institutions, asset managers, and business partners with the NVC Platform. You agree to use these services in compliance with:

• The security and authentication requirements specified in our documentation

Any misuse, unauthorized access, or excessive usage of our API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

5. Financial Transactions and Blockchain Services

The blockchain settlement services provided by the NVC Platform are subject to:

• The technological limitations of the underlying blockchain networks
• Network fees and gas costs associated with blockchain transactions
• Standard settlement times for the specific blockchain network being used

We do not guarantee immediate transaction processing due to the nature of blockchain technology. You acknowledge that transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.

6. Partner Integrations

For financial institutions, asset managers, and business partners using our integration services:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your integration endpoints
• You must implement proper authentication and authorization mechanisms
• You agree to notify us promptly of any security incidents related to your integration
• You will maintain the confidentiality of any shared API keys or secrets

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the NVC Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Blockchain network failures or delays

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are advised to review this Terms of Service periodically for any changes.

13. Governing Law
